Delete Your Account

Delete from account settings

1. Sign in to your SnpShips account.
2. Open Dashboard, then Settings.
3. Go to the Danger Zone section.
4. Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email support@snpships.com from the email address associated with your account and include the subject line "Account deletion request".

Data deleted

Account deletion removes your profile, authentication account, saved searches, notifications, messages, uploaded avatars, message attachments, vessel listings, vessel images, and uploaded vessel documents where they are associated with your account.

Transfer coordination of any Post Fix deals before deleting your account. Shared deal records and files remain available to the other authorized participants; your personal profile attribution is removed. Closing a deal does not delete its shared records.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, audit, or compliance purposes. These retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
